I am a 16 yr. old with a sister who has type1 diabetes and was diagnosed with celiac 9 years ago. I have just completed a g/f cookbook, " Cookies for Breakfast" with approx. 100 pages of home made and home tested g/f desserts. I think yo will agree these don't taste like sand as do so many commercial products. My book was discussed in the June 25th Food Section of the Washington Post.

All profits from my book go to celiac and diabetes research.

Please consider buying my book at my web page: cookiesforbreakfast.com

And, look for the link coming soon at :celiaccentral.org (the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) and the story on my book in their August newsletter.

Thank you. Michael Perlman
