Fortunately there are a number of companies making gluten free cookies and you don't have to go without. We see gluten-free cookies from Australia, the UK, Canada and the US being sold online.
Of course you should still be sure you are getting good nutrition, eat your vegetables, have some brown rice, but a sweet treat once in a while is not going to harm most people.
